PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS
The funeral account will be sent 7 -10 days after the funeral has taken place.
This will be due for payment within thirty days of our account, unless otherwise agreed by
us in writing. A deposit of 50% of estimate for disbursements is required before the funeral takes place.
Fixed Cost Direct Funerals - Payment is required in full before the funeral.
If you fail to pay us in full on due date we may chare you interest:
• at a rate of 4% over our bank’s Base Rate from time to time in force;
• calculated (on a daily basis) from the date of our account until payment;
• compounded on the first day of each month; and
• before and after any judgement (unless a Court orders otherwise).
We may recover (under Clause 3) the cost of taking legal action to make you pay.
